Trying super hard not to give up. Side effects, nausea, headache, waking up every hour at night. Please tell me it gets easier?

I've even had intense pain in my right breast!

Yes it does get easier. You will feel worse before you feel better.

Just panicking a bit. I have a huge sick phobia and this constant nausea, sweats and feeling of diarrhoea is scaring me. Just praying it's normal side effects 😭 feels so lonely

Do you mind if I ask what anti depressants you're on? I'm just hugely phobic of vomiting and this nausea, sweats and diarrhoea feeling is scaring the life out of me. Giving me even more anxiety!

I hope you're well! I will journal. Thank you so much

It gets better op ❤️ it took a few months and a dose increase for me from 20mg to 40mg but it's been life changing.

Day 19 here. It gets better.
My second week was horrific, now I’m starting to enjoy things again and the panic attacks are less and less…

It will definitely get better. The nausea lasted a few days for me then abruptly stopped. I felt really anxious for a week or too, worse than before but that got better quickly.
