When I'm at my lowest, all I want to do is lay in bed and sleep. Why is this, are you the same?

Yes I have days where I could sleep 18 hours for every 24 and then there are times I'm getting an hour in 24.

Normal for depression. It affects brain chemistry and circadian rhythms. (And if you do it long enough, you get so unfit that getting up for a day's activity is really difficult)
