Anyone successfully done ERP for OCD intrusive thoughts .

Just that really. I've had OCD pretty much all my life but really struggling with it this year. All the research and books reccomend ERP as the gold standard treatment but I do struggle to do it. Just wondered if anyone has any ERP success stories. Ta. Xx

@Marypoppinsnot thanks for replying. This year my OCD has really floored me. I'm constantly feeling anxious and have lots of intrusive thoughts bobbing about all the time. I'm trying to just go with it and do bits and pieces and hope it's a cycle that will sort itself out.

ERP is the hardest thing I've done but it gave me enough freedom from my mind to re-enter the world properly after my breakdown. I'm nowhere near fixed but when I work hard on it, it helps.
