I’ve really struggled today I’ve had a really hard day with my autistic child I feel like I can’t go on but I’m still here so I am going on. What is that cut off where you actually do something? I feel like i can’t go on but there is something keeping me going, will I lose this?

You need to be 100% for your child. Make the call 💐

I'm sorry things are such a struggle, @Morph22010.

I don't think there are many black and white definites. You may well have a core of carrying on that keeps going regardless z

Do you have any support though?

If your surgery has a website you can send a message to a doctor on there. My surgery is impossible to get into but the gp phoned me when I said I was verging on suicidal and prescribed me sertraline.
