Bad thought patterns ?

Do you ever get into a funk and your thoughts are all negative and you can't stop thinking them?

Like one thing spirals it off and before I know it I feel like my whole family dislike me, I'm not good enough, I've never done anything significant, not clever enough, etc etc

How do I get out of this way of thinking? Anyone got any tricks?

No tricks, but knowing why you think the way you do is a huge step towards changing the way you think.
