STR (support time recovery) worker

i have been allocated a Str worker I was just wondering if anyone else has one? I have bipolar and am overthinking things so just wanted to know what is it that they do.

I have one after an admission under section earlier this year. She’s lovely. Basically supports me to get back to doing normal things.

Thanks for the reply I’m so glad yours is lovely and is helping you. Mine was quite pushy about visiting me at home which I said no to I’m not comfortable with having people in my home. Do you know if I have to have one.

Also do they constantly ask you how you’re feeling and if you are well because to have this on a regular occasion will do me no good with my health anxiety. If I’m panicking like this already god knows what I will be like if I had a meeting regularly.
