Hi all I'd like any advice you can give me, not sure if this should be in health or feeling low, so its probably in the wrong one, but....
Since having dd 13 mths ago my AF's seem to have just finally settled down, however my moods haven't.......I seem to be turning into the grouch monster from hell about two weeks after last AF, for the remaining time upuntil AF arrives again....which is making my DH's life trying to say the least, let alone anyone else who should feel my wrath......don't wanna go back on the pill, as was on for too long to be healthy before! n we're gona attempt another bump in the coming year, but does anyone have any herbal advice?

Can't vouch for their effectiveness but there's Evening Primrose Oil, or Agnus Castus?

Evening Primrose oil or Vitamin B6 is meant to be really good, but you need to take them for a couple of months before you see much improvement. Vitamin B6 worked for me.

I find Evening Primrose helps, but vitamin B6 in high doses(at least 50mg per day) is very good for mood swings. Takes a little while to start working though, and I found I needed 100mg per day of vitB6, otherwise I'm the bitch from hell.

I think you can modify your diet to help with PMS too. Can't remember the details, but will try to look up some info. Think it involves grazing little and often.
