If you suffer from anxiety

Did you find that you have certain triggers other than the obvious? I feel fine for a few weeks and then out of the blue I'm obsessing over random scary thoughts.
I can go down the spiral quite bad so I would like to minimise triggers if I can

Yes. Horrible news stories about health or children, too much sugar or junk food, too much caffeine. Feeling tired or overwhelmed with life generally is always unhelpful as it seems to 'let' the anxiety in easier.
I find the thing that's help the most is being able to recognise the very early signs of it, so I've managed to find a pattern and work out what my triggers are.
Exercising and eating healthily really does make a difference to me, as boring as that is!
