Heading towards another breakdown

I can feel this approaching. I've been crying all morning. My executive function skills are collapsing.

It's situational - parenting a disabled child.

I'm trying a sixth anti-depressant - Paroxatine (sp?). I was having weekly counselling but had to stop because of disabled child being at home on my day off rather than in school.

I walk the dog for exercise and outdoorness.

I'm broken.

I'm sorry to hear this @stargirl1701 , I didn't want to read and run. Do you have any help? How old is your child and do they ever go into respite care so that you can have a break? If not is this something that could be arranged?

She is 10 years old. Autistic with suicidal ideation regarding school.

I have made an emergency application to Child Disability Social Work this morning.

Will respite add to her suicidal ideation?

This just feels too hard to cope with, tbh.

DD2 is terrified, DH spends half his life taking the dog for a walk to calm down and I can barely function.

There's so little left of me the person.
