Looking for some advice please. It has become really apparent to me, particularly over past few years I am struggling with anxiety which really does impact me and very much so at work. Not sure if it's connected to my time of life (hrt or cbt didn't help). I've been on sertraline previously but struggled with how I felt on them. Any suggestions, I know we're all different but I'd love to hear some of your experiences. My anxiety seems very much only associated with work and changing jobs didn't help either!
