Does anyone else have this? It's getting quite difficult to live with.

Yes, I have had it twelve years now . The first year is the most difficult it was awful. I promise you it does get better and the majority of time you won’t hear it, accept it try not to fight it and realise it’s your own body making these sounds which helped . The more you fight it the more your brain will see it as a threat and focus on it . Do t waste money trying to find a cure, I spent thousands . Your local hospital should have an audiologist who can explain it and make it less scary . Stay off tinnitus help groups as it’s full of doom and gloom .

agree. it s been 2 years for me
i got used to it
i avoid the forums and the cure-seekers

when it gets me down, i go outside for a walk to not focus on it. Evenings in beds are the hardest, i listen to audiobooks to go to sleep

Mine is really annoying this morning. I also get pain with it, from the nerve where I had shingles but I have some tablets for that.

It's doing this squeaky thing which comes and goes, alongside the 'white noise' effect.

Maybe some music will help.
