Sertraline day 6 hot flushes

Did anyone experience hot flushes? I’m on day 6. Feeling like I’m PMSing. Occasionally sharp upper tummy and chest pains and I feel boiling!!

I know it's a bit late but YES!!!! Flushes of heat in my torso and then it goes and comes back again
