Mental Health Struggles

I am struggling with a number of issues that are affecting my mental health. I am experiencing depression, which has been weighing heavily on me lately. I I have also been experiencing anxiety, which is making it difficult for me to cope.

I have been working a lot of hours. As a kitchen porter, my job is physically demanding and can be quite tiring. I have had a lot of coursework to complete, which has left me feeling overwhelmed and stressed.

I have been feeling very lonely and isolated lately. I don't have many close friends or family members to turn to, and this has only served to exacerbate my feelings of depression and anxiety.

My work environment is very toxic and hostile. There is a lot of aggression and competition between chefs in the kitchen. And there is a lot of aggression from managers and servers towards me giving me more work, getting me to go faster. Its not entirely easy to explain everything.

Is your job part of a college placement? If so can you talk to your tutors? I know kitchens are really tough working environments but it if tips into bullying that's not acceptable.
