I will keep this short as it's a sensitive topic for me, but basically I'm 20 years old and my eye points outwards I had surgery when I was about 6 but it has just gone back to how it was before I would like it doing again, but I just do not know where to start like do I just ring my doctors for a referral or would I have to pay. Would anybody be able to give me advice please? X
