Looking for support

Hi im looking for suggestions of where I can find support. I dont have friends of family I can fully tell everything to. Im having a hard time at the moment and looking for a stanger I could talk do. Does anyone know of any private chat services I can use like email, whatsapp or online messaging. I dont want over the phone counselling. I used to leave work to go to counselling appointments and it meant i had to reduce my hours. It would need to be messages as I lead a busy life and I also dont want others to know I need support elsewhere. They may get offended. I feel very misunderstood and unheard by the people that surround me. I lost my mum 10 years ago or else I would have everything I need in her. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Samaritans have a text and email support service? Would that be something you might find helpful?

Im unsure if thats the right service to use. Is that not for those who are suicidal or in crisis?

Sorry things are hard at the minute

Have you tried Wangie? It's an app, the support is done purely through a text based web chat, 1-1 private with whichever professional you choose online. The first 15 mins are free, and it's free at weekends at the minute. I've used it for a few months, speaking to the same person each time, its been really helpful to me, as the same as you I really didn't want phone support.
