I do take Sertraline (but it’s been for some time now) but most mornings I have a slight headache. Until I get up and get moving it doesn’t seem to go. Before meditation I can the same.

Does anyone else have this?

Could it be dehydration?

I think some ADs have a side effect of tooth grinding. I'm not on them but I do grit my teeth/clench jaw overnight and have to wear a mouth splint to protect my teeth. If I'm particularly stressed (even if I don't realise i am) I know because I wake up with tmj pain, or a headache around my temples which is also very tender to touch, unlike normal headaches. Unless it's particularly bad it goes before i need to take painkillers - by the time I'm up, washed, kettle on. It's miserable to wake up with though so sending sympathy
