I'm looking for ways to get out of this constant fight or flight I'm in at the moment. My breath is either held or hyperventilating, my mind is like a whirlpool and often I can't even focus on my surroundings. I feel completely at sea and am not sure what to do. Already taking 100mg sertraline for pnd but it doesn't seem to be helping this anxiety at all. Would love tips/ideas from anyone who's been in a similar position. Just want to feel relaxed and enjoy this time with my beautiful girl!!! This sensation is really 100% of the time at the moment and it sometimes makes me feel like I'm not really here or in the world at all if that makes any sense?!
