I am worn out and fed up with myself. I'd love to sleep for a very long time. I don't want to leave dp and dd though. I feel like a shit mum.

It would be good for you to talk about what you are experiencing with a professional counsellor who might be able to help you process your thoughts and allow you to seek a way through your situation. This link to the NHS has plenty of info and links to other services. Alternatively there is free counselling offered by a number of organisations. I hope you are able to get to a happier place soon.

Counselling

Read about counselling, a talking therapy that can help with a range of mental and emotional problems, including stress, anxiety and depression.

Can your DP and DD visit friends and family for a weekend so you can just sleep and rest whilst you decide what to do next?

This is something you would visit your GP for

I went to my GP about 10 years ago feeling like this abs just sobbed in front of him. He passed me a questionnaire and we discussed my situation and medication etc
