I am currently suffering from severe back pain. Paracetamol not touching it. Sertraline leaflet says avoid nurofen … can I take or anyone else recommend another pain relief I can take with sertraline please.

I take ibruprofen when I have migraines, and I am on Sertraline.

I've been taking Sertraline for 15 years and whilst I don't take ibuprofen often, I don't avoid it. I do, however, take cocodamol daily as prescribed by my GP

I take both - in fact have been prescribed naproxen (another NSAI) whilst on sertraline - never knew there was an issue.
