Med review

No real point to this post (although I'm interested whether others have had similar). Thank you if you manage to read it.

My GP practice seem to make booking in a med review really complicated and confusing - reception tell me different things each time. Haven't been able to for 3 months (they said I didn't need to but NHS app/pharmacy said I did). They gave me 1 month's more each time. Now finally booked a review - have to wait 6 weeks! And may have to ring up if any trouble ordering in 2 weeks when I run out. Really quite stressful and worrying getting low on tablets each time and the hassle of ringing/explaining. 😢 why isn't it a clear and easy system!

just to add I only found out by accident, trying to get advice on DD's health/medical issue, adding to how I'm feeling. Hope they are helpful when they phone back about her.
