Not sure if it’s related but I started Citalopram 20mg 6 weeks ago for depression. Over the last few days I had a twitch in my left arm, this then developed into my left arm bicep tensing on its own. That stopped but I seem to have developed a tic. My neck tenses and my face tics. It’s worrying and painful where I keep tensing my neck. My husband noticed and then the more it’s talked about the worse it becomes and I then panicked and couldn’t stop ticing. It’s something I’ve never had before.
I wondered if I was making it worse worrying about it as I had gone for a few hours without doing it. Then I noticed it was disturbing my sleep and I woke up at 5am doing it. I have a drs appt this morning but wondered if anyone can relate?!
