On World Bipolar Day, hello to all fellow Mumsnetters living with it!

You are not alone.

"At times, being bipolar can be an all-consuming challenge, requiring a lot of stamina and even more courage, so if you’re living with this illness and functioning at all, it’s something to be proud of, not ashamed of."
~ Carrie Fisher

Like many, I ebb and flow between struggling hugely with the most difficult, challenging aspects (for me, that's especially the depressive patches ) and enjoying the energy rushes/self-belief/increased creativity/feelings of ease and capability when moods shift.

Also to flag up Bipolar UK's free conference tonight, 6-9pm.
