Does anyone else feel really depressed after one bad night's sleep?

And then start worrying about not sleeping well the following night because then you'll be literally exhausted?

I think it's a stress thing. I am pregnant with a toddler and I feel like I have to be on top form, constantly, in order to get through the demanding life that being a working mum of a toddler involves.

Does anyone else have the same problem?

Yes, me. The good thing is I think this shows we naturally sleep well, as otherwise missing a nights sleep wouldn't be such a big deal.
It's rare that I do then have a second bad night. But I do worry about it as one bad night leaves me feeling so awful.

@Vintagecreamandcottagepie so glad someone knows where I'm coming from.
If I explain this to some people they look at me like "what, if you're tired surely you'll just sleep?" I wish I could be like that but I think I'm just too stressy of a person 😬

Not me personally but my partner really struggles with his moods after a bad nights sleep.

He can get really quite low which can be worrying to witness at times but then can have a completely different demeanour the next day providing he’s had a good sleep.
