Don’t think I can do this anymore

Was with someone for 13 years and then they left me in the middle of the night with a text saying it was over. Left me for another woman.
The pain is awful and I can’t see any light at the end of the tunnel. What’s worse is that I’ve barely had any contact from them since they left 2 weeks ago and only cos they want to sort out the practical stuff. They are so cold and detached now. How can you do this to someone?
