Teen & probable OCD

My adult teen DS is not diagnosed fully(only w anxiety) but he thinks he has classic symptoms of ‘pure’ ocd ie the thoughts/compulsions are in his head. He’s had this on and off for 9 years, most of that time he’s been relatively stable so functions, but in past couple of years it’s got worse.
He’s currently working p/t and has a uni place for Sept but he’s dithering about going, he has an opportunity to travel but is not sure about that - going on past experiences unless he’s really stable it’s not a great idea although I do think he should at least try uni.
We have a few months to go & are lucky enough to afford private psychological input. He’s not interested in taking meds at all, but would be open to the right therapy. I said I’d investigate for him. He had some cbt last year but it was online and he didn’t gel w the therapist. I think for ocd there are more specialised types of therapy.
Has anyone’s young adult been successfully therapised for ocd/high anxiety without meds and can anyone rec a therapist either online or in London f2f?
if we go to gp they’ll refer but we still need to find a private psychologist as nhs wait will be too long.
