Just changed my job and a nervous wreck. Aged 49 yrs and suffering with questioning myself if I will be able to do the job, Dept is under-resources for workload so wondering how I will cope etc. do Kalms work? Feel I need something to help take the edge off whilst I settle down.

How long does it take to settle into a job? I look at others in the Dept and wish I was them knowing what I'm doing, needing no help, know everyone, compete etc.

I only tried kalms once. They don't taste of anything, so I mentally didn't feel like they would do anything. Much prefer rescue remedy as the taste reminds me to calm. I don't really care if it is just a placebo as it works.

Not really. They might help with sleeping at night but will inevitably make you drowsy during the day. Give yourself a break and be kind to yourself. It takes time to settle in. Chat to people and take things slowly x

I found Kalms Day stopped my mind jumping around the place so helped me focus and save energy.

I tried Rescue Remedy before an interview. A colleague gave me a questioning look. Realised after that she could smell the brandy in the mix. Not a good look at 11amSmile
