Elvanse nighttime anxiety

I was dx with ADHD at the age of 40 and have been working my way up to now 40 mg of Elvanse for it.

It does help me focus in the day but come night time I feel horribly horribly anxious/ depressed/ guilty/ scared and negative. Will this settle as I get used to the dose? I’m only on day 2. It wasn’t so bad on 20 or 30 mg.

Im also a bit itchy, dry mouth, headaches and thudding heart rate.

It should settle down after a week or two, at least it did for me.

Really? I have been on tritiation for 5 weeks now and struggling with depression and it hasn’t helped my binging very much either.
I’ll give it more time.
