Exercise after c-section for mental health

I had a traumatic birth in December and my baby is still in NICU. I'm feeling pretty overwhelmed by it all (I'm under the care of various mental health teams) and one thing I'm finding tough is that usually when I need to get out of my head I do some sort of punishing exercise. But all of that is apparently out of bounds for me until 12 weeks. Is there anything I can do beyond yoga? Ideally that can be done indoors in the evening, as I have a DS at home and when I'm not with him I'm at the hospital. I was thinking maybe something that was just the upper body.

Go to YouTube and type in post c section workouts, there are loads which are designed for this :)
