SAD anyone?

I know you shouldn't really diagnose yourself, but I think I'm suffering from SAD. The past couple of weeks I've felt so much better, and I'm sure it's down to the sunshine. Was beginning to think I might be depressed, but all the symptoms seem to point to SAD. Does anyone else have this, and do you know what treatment there is? I've heard of light therapy but that's about it. thanks.

It is when you are more depressed during winter because of the dark mornings/nights and general gloominess. It stands for Seasonal Affective Disorder.
