Sertraline brain zaps

Help I took two doses of this and had brains zaps all night and crippling anxiety and panic attacks
what is wrong with me should I stop? I’m trying to get drs appointment this morning

I am not expert, but I took 1 pill of 25 mg and after a few hours my genitals went numb . I didn’t take it anymore as I got scared . Had panic attacks/ anxiety/ insomnia, brain zaps for days after and I’m still partially numb , so it’s affecting my sexual life .
im an unfortunate case but I think it’s sort of “ normal “side effects what you are having .
I just wasn’t willing to risk any further damage as apparently it can now take months /years to recover .
