Can anyone help talk me down...I've had this sensation of a lump under my left rib cage and going all the way round to my back and it's quite painful at times. GP not interested and didn't examine me physically but sent me for a blood test yesterday, Now I've had a call saying I have raised inflammation markers and anemia and that I need to go back on Monday morning.
I have severe health anxiety so avoid doctors and hospital at all costs usually. I'm now convincing myself it's something really serious like cancer and can't shake the idea. I need to go and get my kids from school but am in such a state over it. Has anyone else had this come up before?
