CMHT input - how much do you get?

Can anyone who is under a CMHT tell me what they currently get for support?
I am taking paroxetine 50mg, mirtazapine 45mg, propanalol 75mg and quetiapine 200mg for treatment resistant depression and complex PTSD (some borderline traits are likely - but no suicide or self harm).

I get reviewed once every 6 months. I am not sure if this is more or less than what others get. I've asked for some CBT for depression - CMHT psychology saw me 3 years ago and said I needed psychotherapy based on what I needed then. Psychotherapy saw me and said they wouldn't consider it until I had finished uni, but also I am not sure if that is what I need right now. IAPT will not touch me, although the only input I get is a 10 min appointment from a psychiatrist twice a year. I can't see how increasing medication even more is going to help and do think I would be better with a talking therapy. I am wondering if it is worth asking to be discharged from the CMHT to my GPas they are not helping me really.

I'm working at the moment and am training to be an educational psychologist, although the degree is going to take me 4 years to complete rather than 3. Depression has had a big part in this and has meant I am very behind with skills and assignments. Uni have been good about this.

I just want a bog standard 16 week course of CBT for depression to help me complete uni. My bursary is £18k so I am not in a position to go private. My bursary runs out in July and I will most likely sign on to universal credit for 6 months to finish off my training before getting a job as an EP in 2024, for 3 days a week I have decided.

If anyone could tell me what they get, I would be really interested to know from a comparison point. Obviously it depends on lots of factors and everyone will be different. I know on the system I am marked as care cluster 7 - 'long term-high disability non psychotic disorders - low risk'

Thank you!
