Been on here a while back. Does anyone else just feel stuck in a loop ? My husband has psychotic depression has done for eight years he takes maximum dose venlafkaxine and olanzapine. He started smoking grass again at the end of the year and I told him I was taking the kids and leaving ( although nowhere to go) so he stopped. He is currently on day two now if just wanting to sleep

About his good habits etc he is just not listening .
I know no one has a crystal ball but he has at least three episodes a year where he take to his bed for weeks or gets up only to sleep on the couch ! Is this my life now living from one depressive episode to the next ? I’ve asked him to go to his Mums when he’s feeling like this as it intakes a lot out of me and the kids ( autistic so ) but he refuses ! Sorry just generally feel like I need to unload to someone x
