I’ve been put on Citalopram for my chronic pain and hormonal emotions. I started taking it in November and i definitely stopped crying as much randomly and feeling really low before my period. It wiped out my ability to orgasms I would really want an orgasm and just felt constantly sexually frustrated as I couldn’t. I used to orgasm at least once a day and now I can’t. I want too though and do try but it takes hours to get there and it’s not as enjoyable. Over Christmas I ran out and couldn’t get any tablets as I was staying with family and then my orgasming came back instantly. It felt great I felt happier sexually. but since going back on them it’s all come back. I’ve always had an extremely high sex drive and this has come to a shock to me. Is there anything I can do or are all mental health tablets the same with side effects.
