What can be done to help body dysmorphia?

Dd is an adult, she’s autistic and has related mental issues, anxiety, depression, OVD etc.

She is on fluoxetine, but I can’t say from my perspective that it’s made much difference.

She’s currently going through an intense patch of body dysmorphia and feels increasingly fat and ugly - she is neither - and is feeling a strong urge to get lip fillers, Botox etc - none of which she needs.

I’m struggling to say the right thing, in the past pointing out that whilst this is how she feels but that it isn’t true, but right now it’s not helping.

She’s at uni, I know they have good MH support, but she’s reluctant to engage.

How can I help? Any links I can send her?
Thanks for any advice.
