I have asked my GP to put me on a higher dose of Sertraline- does anyone see a difference in their anxiety levels? Since being on these I cannot say how much better my mental state is. I feel I need more due to still getting slight social anxiety but I'd say it is so much better but I still need that extra support

Yes. You’re doing the right thing. Keep moving up until you feel better. That’s what I did

Thank you @mintbiscuit can I ask what mg you are on?

I went from 100 to 150 with no problems besides quite bad heartburn which I've never had before. I didn't put 2 and 2 together for ages so worth knowing it can be a side effect so you're aware that's what's causing it if it happens. I managed to successfully drop back down to 100 once I felt ready and have stayed there since. It really is a life changing drug. Wishing you all the best 💗

I take 200mg daily, and notice the difference when I accidentally missed a dose. I think you need to explore if a larger dose will help you or not. If it doesn't you perhaps need to try something else.
