Started taking it today. Had quite bad nausea and diarrhoea, bit of dizziness, dilated pupils. In the mirror I look properly “drugged.” Volume has been turned down pretty instantly on intrusive thoughts which is shockingly quick. Few questions:

does the nausea get worse and peak, in your experience? After what day?

I am emetophobic and taking cymbalta partly to deal with this. What I didn’t realise is that many of the anti-emetic (anti sickness) drugs which give me a sense of security in this phobia, are serotonin related (like zofran) and will actually not work as well when taken in combination with a SSRI or SNRI

while I am not popping zofran every day this worries me as they are like a safety net for me

I had nausea the first few days. It didn't get worse. By the end of the first week, felt much more normal and by 2 weeks most of my side effects were gone.

Is it worth asking your doc or a pharmacist if there are any sickness meds you can take alongside?
