Hi everyone. I'm a 28 year old ftm with a 1 year old daughter and just really tired and exhausted and feel like giving up most days because of my unstable moods. There isn't much support for people with bpd around my area its all about depression, bipolar etc and I just feel like I've totally lost myself in all the baby stuff, like my life revolves around her. I feel guilty saying it as I love her very much but I'm home all day everyday with her when my bf is at work and my moods are so up and down, we cant afford childcare as theres no help until shes 2 so i cant go back to work yet as we will be worse off and its hard as it is . Anyone else in the same boat?
