Hello, I’m quite low lately and I now that having good habits will help massively with my mood but I just can’t seem to stick with anything lately.
I did successfully quit drinking 2.5 years ago so that’s something🙂 When I managed that I found it hugely helpful to have a “sober app” ticking off my sober days.
I’d like to start some other good habits like drinking water, taking vitamins and eating vegetables and exercise and tracking all of those in an app.
Does anyone know of an app that allows you to set goals and tick them off each day as you achieve them?
