Hit breaking point ended up in A&E

I'm stressed, beyond stressed. Today I snapped. Currently in A&E waiting for a large cut on my arm to be stitched. Feel stupid and grateful at the same time.
Anyone fancy a chat?
My mental health has always been an issue, but I feel a weird clarity.
Not looking for sympathy, just company whilst I wait on the surgical team to check I've not hit nerves, ligaments or anything else.

did something trigger you? I have v bad mental health and am currently seeing the crisis team which is a great help. Are you having any therapy etc?

Maybe this will be the pathway to you getting some more support.

I hope that you get the support and help you need. Not just now in terms of looking after the injury but more medium/ long term support for your mental health.
