My son had a sickness bug over the weekend, he last vomited on Sunday lunchtime.
Since he's been ill I've been extremely anxious about getting it, I don't have a vomiting phobia and have looked after him OK, I just don't want to get ill.
I know that the chances of me starting with it now are very slim but I can't stop thinking about it. I didn't use to be like this, it's only since worrying about Covid that I've started to get anxious over illnesses.
What can I do to reduce this anxiety?
