Anxiety medication- sertraline

I have taken sertraline for years and decided to up my dose.

has anyone else done this and found the side effects were awful like they are when you first start taking it?

@Chunkythighss While upping your dosage you might have some small side effects. People do make changes with their dosages and I have done the same. Better with be to speak to your GP/psychiatrist

I literally want to cry. On day 5 and have not slept. Too scared to take the zopiclone though. I’m in a real state.
