my 30s boring compared to 20s

anyone feel like me where they cant go out because alcohol gives them massive hangovers compared to their 20s and that life is just more boring in your 30s?

I love boring, I see it as contentment. Embrace it. I love being home, I love hanging out with my husband in our house and garden with a glass of wine, with the rest of the world shut out. Give me "boring" over bullshit and drama any day of the week.

I find it depressing

It is up to you what you do, age is not really relevant. Physically of course your body is less quick go bounce back from drinking. But if you want to do more, then you are free to do it.

What do you want to be doing?

You can't go out and have a couple of drinks instead of getting wasted?

Isn't there anything you enjoy doing other than going out and getting wasted?

I had a family member who used to say "only boring people get bored" and I think they were right!

I never get bored, life is too short and although my body certainly can't cope with more than a few drinks these days, I much prefer life now to in my 20's. There is literally a whole world of things to do.
