Get a GP appt. The virus could have disrupted the crystals between your ears.

There’s something you can try at home to help - www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/treatment-tests-and-therapies/home-epley-maneuver

If there’s fear/anxiety about the sensation that could also keep the symptoms going or help them flare up even - the body can memorise the sensation of pain even when the physical manifestation has healed. Look up central sensitisation and also the Curable app. Learning to feel and tolerate/accept the fear can help to get out of the fear-pain cycle.

No harm in getting a GP to check you over and rule out anything physical too - that might help calm the fear. But if the fear still lingers when you’ve had a physical all-clear, look into the Curable app as it can teach you a way out of health anxiety and pain.
