Im on maternity leave and really really struggling. I seem to be at rock bottom in the morning- im so anxious I feel shaky and often vomit with nerves. I end up going back to bed and sleeping when the baby is asleep. By later afternoon, things seem to improve and I feel OK and have way more energy in the evening. I don't know what to do. Is this some hormone thing. Im being a crap mother and doing nothing because im so debilitated by it all.
