So I'm back with another fear. When I was at the gp a couple of weeks ago she checked my piles which I've had for years and since I was pregnant. She gave me cream but it hasn't really done much. I have what feels like a pea sized lump inside the piles that I can move with my fingers. I've goggled and it's coming up anal cancer which I'm now really worrying about. I'm attending my gp again on Thursday but I'm scared incase it's not just a pile
