Burnout?

I think I'm experiencing burnout, I probably get a couple of episodes a year where I feel like I can't do anything. My whole body feels heavy, like it's too much effort to even move, all I want to do is sleep (think 13hrs a night and naps during the day).
I have been attending college and have always been motivated to do well, I'm a perfectionist but now even the thought of going makes me feel like crying, I'm too tired to study - the stress is making me want to quit, but it's not me. I have plans to go to uni etc in September and now I don't know what to do.
Any tips on how to get out of this? Thanks

I’m afraid there’s only 1 cure for it - REST. You are exhausted. The sooner you rest and recuperate the sooner you will feel better. Spend a week in bed if you need to. Give yourself a “holiday”, meet friends for coffee, go shopping, go to the cinema. Completely forget about studying. The more you try to resist the longer the burn out will last. Relax.
