Withdrawal Sertraline is this normal?

I have just tapered off Sertraline and have had very painful aching feet, ribs, sternum, neck, lower back, knees. Fingers and wrist ever since. I’ve seen that aches are normal or flu like symptoms but this is awful.
i feel slightly breathless too.
Im cutting carbs to see if it will help with all this inflammation but so far I dont feel right at all. I keep getting tingly skin too.
of course I can’t get an appointment with my GP for love not money so I’m stuck googling and getting nowhere, convincing myself I have arthritis, bone cancer, skin cancer or fibromyalgia.
Are these normal symptoms?
thank you.

That is quite normal. All anti depressants/anxiolytics have horrible side effects and withdrawal symptoms. You will feel better soon, take it easy and build yourself up health wise. I hope you have someone to talk to. Good luck.
