So today I had a message through from a relative stranger basically stating they wanted to kill me or would be happy if I killed myself first and threatening to contact my bosses, family, friends about some awful behaviour (not stated and I really can't imagine what)

Just needed to put it out there not sure what to do.

Contact the police x

Report it to the police. It's a death threat and that's illegal. It's also trying to make you hurt yourself (so they don't have to do it) which is kinda worse I think! Shocking anyway.

You may need to send a one off "cease and desist" message so you can report then for harassment if they continue to message you at all. The police can advise on that.

If this person knows/thinks you're depressed (and it sounds they might do) it could also be classed as a disability hate crime.

Block this person on your phone and all social media. Make sure your social media profiles are as private as possible using their security settings to your best advantage.

If you need to speak to someone about your mental health I would call helpline, unless you're suicidal when I think the thing to do is go to A&E, the police can advise on that too.

Don't worry about what this person says you've done. For a start they haven't been specific. Probably because they're making it up! The stuff about telling everyone is said to shame you and make you scared. Don't waste time questioning whether you've upset someone. It's all just part of the threat.

I managed to speak to the police still a bit shaken but I've fought me for my life for the past 2 years I'm not going to let some bully take it.

Well done for contacting the police and making a stand against these bullies. That was really strong.

Thanks I don't feel strong.

This person knows where I live and has access

I'm freaking out between panic attacks.

So your next step is to solve the issue of this person having access to your home. Can you do that easily or do you need further advice?
