Anyone suffer with vertigo really bad like their drunk?

I have been having this. Like I need to put one foot on the floor when sitting down.

Along with ear pressure

Do you take another for it

I don't know about anyone else but I get very dizzy when I'm anxious, usually at work. I try to work through it, but sit down or let someone know if it's really bad. I find a Promethazine for the anxiety helps.

Also my anti psychotic makes me feel dizzy going from sitting / bending down to standing quickly which is a known side effect so I stand up slowly now when I remember.
